Personal information provided (Name, email, address and phone) is stored by DataDot Brazil Detectar Desenvolvimento de Técnicas para Transferência e Administração de Riscos Ltda for the purpose of product registration, and law enforcement use only.

DataDot Brazil cooperates with law enforcement inquires and may be required to disclose information (VIN – Vehicle Identification Number and PIN – Recorded Number on microdots) to law enforcement or other government officials in connection with an investigation related to the stolen recorded goods.

A customer's personal information such as VIN – Vehicle Identification Number and PIN – Recorded Number on microdots will not be disclosed to any other person or organization without the express consent of the customer or unless required by law.

All information will be held in the strictest of confidence.

DataDot Brazil is committed to maintaining the accuracy of the information on all of our customers.
A customer may facilitate access to their registered information on the DataBase either over the phone or by paper statements.

If any asset owner, believe that any of your information is incorrect or has changed please notify DataDot Brazil immediately by phone or email to update your customer information.
However, in order to protect the stored information, DataDot Brazil may ask the asset owner to verify their identity and DataDot PIN. Information will only be provided to the registered owner of the account.

Note, in the event that you suspect that someone has illegally or fraudulently gained access to your personal identification number (PIN) please contact DataDot Brazil immediately so that an identity alert may be placed on your file for your protection.

During the registration phase a customer has the opportunity to elect to receive information about new DataDot Brazil products and updates.

Only those selecting this option will be provided this information and a customer may remove themselves or 'opt out' from this list at any time by emailing info@datadot.com.br or calling 0055 11 3948-4854.

No more that four marketing pieces will be sent per annum by either email or direct mail to those identified on this list. This list will not be made available to any third party and will remain in strictest of confidence.

Customers will be immediately notified via mail or email with any material changes to the DataDot Brazil privacy policy. All Rights reserved to DataDot Brazil. One updated Privacy Policy will be available on the DataDot Brazil web site www.datadot.com.br.
